Being realistic - Curves is an exercise programme....so it does require something from YOU!It requires
- the basic desire to want to get fit/fitter
- the basic desire to want to be more healthy
- a commitment to prioritise these things and do whatever you can to find the time (...it doesn't always work - we all know that kids, jobs, life, partners and chocolate intervene.... you just need to make a commitment to try to make time for it ) to come to Curves whenever you can - and preferably 3 times a week or more (for those really dedicated individuals)
